1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.alternative-path.com (the "Site"), operated by Alternative Path Private Limited ("Alternative Path," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at WeWork DLF Two Horizon Centre, 5th Floor, DLF Phase 5, Sector 43, Golf Course Road, Gurugram 122002, Haryana, India.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About the Site
The Site provides information about Alternative Path and our consulting and operating services. It is an informational and marketing resource. It is not a platform for the purchase or sale of goods, and it does not create or contain offers capable of acceptance unless explicitly stated.
Engaging with us through the Site (for example, submitting a contact form) does not, by itself, create a contract or any consulting, advisory, or other professional relationship. Any engagement between Alternative Path and a client is governed by a separately executed written agreement.
These Terms apply only to www.alternative-path.com. Alternative Path also operates two commercial products, QA-Path and TestLens, each of which is hosted on a separate website and is governed by its own terms of use and privacy policy. Your use of the QA-Path or TestLens websites and products is governed by the terms published on the relevant product website, not by these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Our content
The Site and all content on it, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, illustrations, and software (collectively, "Site Content"), is owned by or licensed to Alternative Path. Site Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Some Site Content is licensed from third parties. Photography used on the Site is sourced under the Unsplash License, which permits commercial use without an attribution requirement from Unsplash. Client logos and trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are displayed with the express written permission of those owners, granted under the terms of our engagement agreements with them. The display of a client logo or name on the Site does not indicate any endorsement of Alternative Path by that client beyond what is expressly stated.
3.2 Limited licence to you
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for your personal and internal business information purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site Content without our prior written permission.
- Use any Site Content for commercial purposes other than as expressly permitted under these Terms.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use automated systems, including bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access or extract Site Content, except as expressly permitted by our robots.txt file or with our prior written consent.

"Alternative Path," the Alternative Path logo, and other Alternative Path marks displayed on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of Alternative Path. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Other trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site (including those of our clients) are the property of their respective owners. Their display does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or other relationship with Alternative Path beyond what is expressly stated.
3.4 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Site or our services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose, without compensation or attribution to you.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Use the Site to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

- Your infringement of any third-party right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alternative Path regarding your use of the Site. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without your consent.
